Project Details

The project was a large-scale residential new build in an exclusive new development. It involved working with the client to develop a brief, right through to commissioning the lighting and control systems.

Project Challenges/Delivery

We started the project by talking with the clients to understand their aspirations and how they saw themselves living in their new home. We initially designed a lighting design presentation for discussion. This helped explain how we saw the lighting scheme developing and gave the client the opportunity to inject their own thoughts and ideas. Thereafter, we refined the scheme to incorporate the lighting products, circuiting, automation controls, and window treatments.
