The project was a large-scale residential new build in an exclusive new development. It involved working with the client to develop a brief, right through to commissioning lighting, window blinds and control systems.

Project Challenges/Delivery

The project involved developing a lighting strategy that provided a future-proof cabling infrastructure that would enable future lighting features to be incorporated at a later date. We initially designed a lighting design solution to establish a budget parameter. This helped manage the installation and prevent an overspend. Thereafter, we refined the scheme to incorporate the lighting products, circuiting, automation controls, and window treatments.
